- Head to karmagroup.com
- Select ‘Member Login’ on the top right of the page
- Log in using your Membership number and surname
- Scroll to the bottom of the Member Lounge homepage and choose ‘Submit Holiday Letter’ from the rotating image bar
- Complete your Holiday Letter
- Add your wonderful travel photos one by one
- Press submit
