- We’ve phased out the use of single-use plastic bottles in all our guest rooms and have placed reusable steel bottles that offer safe filtered drinking water with date labels.
- No single-use toiletry bottles in the rooms, instead soap/shampoo dispensers are installed.
- The properties are in the process of replacing all disposable laundry bags with reusable cloth bags.
- Energy saving LED lights are installed in common areas.
- Ultra Filtration Plant is installed at the STP for Haathi Mahal to ensure better wastewater treatment.
- Organic Waste converters are installed at our Goa and Kerala properties to handle wet waste on-site.
- Smart AC controllers introduced at the resorts to turn off unused AC units in vacant spaces.
