Speedy Green Energy Growth: Renewable energy capacity is skyrocketing thanks to smart investments and green policies.

Green Hydrogen and Ecosystem Magic: India is creating green hydrogen, a super clean energy source, and building a fantastic ecosystem for all things renewable.

Wind Power and Solar Power Unite: The country has a giant manufacturing party for both wind and solar energy.

NDC Champions: India didn’t just meet its green energy goals, it sprinted ahead of schedule – Achieving the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) target of 40% capacity from renewable sources ahead of schedule.

Balancing Growth and Eco Love: India has managed to balance its economic growth with reduced greenhouse gas emissions and per capita emissions lower than the world average.

Zooming into Electric Vehicles: India’s also stepping on the electric vehicle pedal.

India’s journey toward a greener, cleaner future is truly remarkable – Let’s cheer for India’s green energy journey! Here’s what our Indian properties are doing to help the mighty cause:

  • We’ve phased out the use of single-use plastic bottles in all our guest rooms and have placed reusable steel bottles that offer safe filtered drinking water with date labels.
  • No single-use toiletry bottles in the rooms, instead soap/shampoo dispensers are installed.
  • The properties are in the process of replacing all disposable laundry bags with reusable cloth bags.
  • Energy saving LED lights are installed in common areas.
  • Ultra Filtration Plant is installed at the STP for Haathi Mahal to ensure better wastewater treatment.
  • Organic Waste converters are installed at our Goa and Kerala properties to handle wet waste on-site.
  • Smart AC controllers introduced at the resorts to turn off unused AC units in vacant spaces.

And this is just the start, the resort teams can’t wait to continue their commitments to India’s environmental initiatives!
