We could all do with a little indulgence right now. This is why we’re sharing a recipe from Chef Joseph’s spa-inspired breakfast menu at our Karma Kandara resort in Bali. His ‘Tropical Fruit Parfait’ is so full of goodness, it can be both a breakfast offering or a healthy dessert. Key ingredients include coconut chia seed, spirulina and pineapple, however you can substitute the listed Balinese fruits with any of your favorite fruits, and also replace spirulina with raw cacao powder.
