Black Pepper
Homemade Ginger Beer
45 ml

1 pinch
Pour into Copper Mug or Glass over ice, top with homemade ginger beer and garnish with a slice of green apple, lemon and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
Karma Espresso Martini
Vanilla infused vodka
Kahlua
Espresso
Maple syrup
Caramel foam on top
40 ml
15 ml
30 ml
10 ml
Combine all ingredients with ice into a cocktail shake, and shake vigorously.
Single strain into chilled martini glass and top with caramel foam. Garnish with grated chocolate.
Vanilla Passion
A firm favourite with many of our Russian guests!
Vanilla infused vodka
Vanilla syrup
Passion fruit puree
Apple juice

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with vanilla pod and passion fruit seeds.
