Hi Minto, where are you from and how long have you been working for KG?
I am from Kumarakom, Kottayam, and have been working with Karma Group in India since January 2017.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
One of the most intriguing superpowers would be the ability to manipulate time to travel back in time or travel to the future – or even stop time completely!
What’s your favourite thing about working at Karma Chakra?
Positive atmosphere: Nestled on the shore of Vembanad Lake & Backwaters, the resort has a relaxed and pleasant ambience, which can create a positive work environment for employees.
Interacting with guests: I like to enjoy meeting new people and providing excellent customer service. Working at this resort allows for regular interactions with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Teamwork and collaboration: Throughout my six years with this company, I have witnessed a strong sense of support and camaraderie among the entire departmental staff. From my perspective, it feels like we have become a close-knit Chakra family, working together in harmony.

What’s the most memorable adventure you’ve ever been on?
I went on a trip to Malayattoor Church, it is a famous Christian pilgrim centre located 47 km from Kochi in the Ernakulam district of Kerala. Situated on top of the Malayattoor Hill, at a height of 609 metres! Truly an unforgettable experience.
