From a predawn vigil at the Taj Mahal to a snow bivouac in the Bavarian Alps, sacred cave temples on Nusa Penida Island to gin distilling in the English countryside, Karma Curated has a bumper ten pack of stellar Curated experiences to share this week, all taking place through February 2027. The only challenge is choosing!
We head to India first, where the Pink City to the Taj Mahal experience traces a royal arc from the streets of Jaipur to a private sunrise at the Taj itself, one of those monuments that photographs cannot prepare you for. Days later, East Bali opens up at Karma Royal Candidasa: ancient Bali Aga villages, the royal water gardens of Tirta Gangga and a coffee plantation tasting in the Karangasem hills.
Valentine’s weekend offers three distinct takes. In Cambodia, Karma Bayon serves up sunset boat rides on traditional Kong Kear vessels, the acclaimed Phare Cambodian Circus and a candlelit dinner at the temple-adjacent resort. In Bali, two silversmithing experiences run almost in parallel: one at Karma Royal Jimbaran weaving ketupat (traditional rice-parcel) making and a communal megibung feast into the mix; the other at Karma Royal Sanur trading in waterfalls, the Sukawati Art Market and a romantic dinner beneath the stars. Back in England, Karma Salford Hall offers gin distilling at Shakespeare Distillery and spa indulgence at the Malvern: a very British kind of romance.
Bavaria delivers later in February with snow bivouac building, horse-drawn carriage rides through the Valepp Valley and long dinners at Dario’s Osteria. Wayanad then opens five days of sunrise safaris, jungle spa treatments and open-air cinema at Karma Vythiri; Nusa Penida reveals the sacred limestone cave temple of Goa Giri Putri; and Hoi An closes the set with leather-making, Cao Lau (the town’s signature noodle dish) cooking classes and the spectacular Hoi An Memories Show.
