That status was reaffirmed recently as di Mare was named among the Top 10 Restaurants in Indonesia, beating out hundreds of competitors in the process. 

di Mare’s spectacular semi-alfresco setting is matched by the quality of its cuisine, beckoning diners with a tantalising menu curated by Head Chef Joseph Antonishek – our favourite California import   (alongside some of the fine wines in the Kandara cellar of course!). Drawing inspiration from the island’s bounty and culinary traditions that straddle the Pacific, Asia and the Mediterranean,  the menu boasts a medley of international flavours built around locally-sourced ingredients…

Complementing Joseph’s masterful cuisine is di Mare’s impressive wine selection, featuring a curated list of varietals to suit every palate – including our own selection of Karma wines specially produced by leading vineyards from around the world.
