Jessica Whytcross – Assistant General Manager, Karma Concierge Bali
Coming up to her 10th Anniversary as part of the Karma Group family, Jessica definitely knows her stuff – We’re certain you’ve had the pleasure of speaking with her over the phone or email during her decade!
Here’s a little insight into Jess…
Where are you from and how long have you been working for Karma Group?
I am originally from Melbourne and have been working for Karma Group coming up to 10 years.
What is your favourite thing about working for Karma Group?
I would have to say that it’s the people I work for, the people I work with (especially my Concierge team) and of course the Members I get to deal with and meet with regularly.
How would you describe your Karma Concierge Bali team?
My Karma Concierge team is great. They are fun, energetic, honest & reliable. I love my team here, including our Admin & Space Management Team. Without them, things would not run so smoothly.
What motivates you to do well both inside and outside of work?
My 3 daughters, Nellie (12yo), Anaisha (3yo) and Jazmine (4mo) are my motivation both in and outside the workplace.
What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
I have been coming to Bali since I was 6 years old & I speak fluent Indonesian.
As you have lived in Bali for such a long time, do you have a favourite local dish to recommend for those visiting the island?
Hands down Babi Guling (suckling pig).
Any words of advice to new Karma Group Members?
Ask as many questions as possible if you are unsure of something, don’t get overwhelmed with all of the information given to you and always contact us to assist; That’s what we are here for!
What is your favourite productivity hack?
Google Keep is a lifesaver! It helps me stay on track with my daily to-do list.

Hi Jessica, Fay and I are currently in Karma Kandara enjoying all it has to offer. There was some contusion at the Perth airport and
our flight was cancelled. So we arrived a day late after all sorts of problems at Perth Airport.
