Experience a Member-exclusive weekend of unparalleled luxury, taking in the local Cathar culture and tradition, fine wine, and gourmet food; including the legendary local delicacy – Cassoulet. And of course, unerringly attentive Karma hospitality…

ITINERARY

MONDAY, 26^TH SEPTEMBER

Complimentary transfer from Carcassonne Airport to Karma Château de Samary – a 10 minute drive away.
Welcome drinks followed by private dinner in the chateau with fellow guests.

TUESDAY, 27^TH SEPTEMBER

Breakfast at the Château, followed by a complimentary transfer to the mediaeval Citadel of Carcassonne, La Cité, for a private walking tour of France’s second most visited attraction behind Paris.
Guests are then invited to lunch at Le Plo – our favourite restaurant in La Cité.
After lunch guests are free to enjoy some relaxing time at the Château before a private tour and wine tasting at the local vineyard nearby – Château Caux et Sauzens.
The day will finish with a Cassoulet dinner in the Château.

WEDNESDAY, 28^TH SEPTEMBER

Breakfast followed by a private minibus transfer to Château de Montsegur, perhaps the most famous Cathar castle in the region.
Lunch at another of our favourite local restaurants – A la Patate Qui Fume.
Complimentary transfer back to the Château.
Drinks followed by dinner at the Château.

THURSDAY, 29^TH SEPTEMBER

Breakfast followed by complimentary transfers to Carcassonne airport.
