Q : I had made a booking before the lockdown took place. If for any reason I cannot take a holiday this year, what will happen to my reservation?
A : Your reservation can be moved forward to fit in with your new travel plans. All you need to do is contact your Karma Concierge Navigator who will be happy to assist.

Q : Will my banked Points due to lapse this year be extended for a further period if I cannot take a holiday this year?
A : Yes your banked Points will automatically be carried forward a further 12 months if you are not able to use them this year. Please contact your Karma Concierge Navigator for further clarification.

Q :  I have paid the required booking fees for bookings to Internal Karma Group properties – what happens to these?
A : Your bookings fees paid towards any properties will be credited to your account until such time as you are able to travel. The fees can be used for any properties in the future, once you have made your new travel plans.

  1. Do you have any info on how the new apartments being built at Karma Kandara are going ? As part owners we have not received any information on progress at all ! Thankyou
