What is the Member Lounge for?
Our brand new Member Lounge (located in the top right-hand corner of the post-login homepage) features all the information you need in one place, helping you get the most out of your membership:

Can I see live resort availability online?
Simply click ‘Search & Book’ on the website’s top banner. Alternatively, on most of our properties’ web pages (on the bottom banner), you will see a ‘BOOK NOW’ box.
Here you can input your preferred dates and see how many of each room type are available for those nights. Should you be unable to find any space of interest please submit a request through our online Booking Request Form that will enable a Karma Concierge Navigator to take up the search on your behalf.
What Internal Services do you offer?
We have upgraded our Internal Services page so that you can now add a daily breakfast package to your resort booking. Certain properties also allow you to add set meals, spa packages and tour options.
Are there any Member Offers?
Head over to our Member Offers tab on the first of every month to check out our special Member-exclusive deals for the month. Whether it’s a Hot Deal or Flash Sale, you’re bound to find a resort and offer that tempts you into clicking ‘Book Now’.
What are the differences between the External Options?
Karma Concierge External Exchange: Book a variety of incredible stays at RCI properties – Simply pay an Exchange Fee and use your Points (dependent on the unit size). If you wish to save your Points, you can pay an additional fee to convert to a Bonus Week.
Bonus Weeks: Through another Karma Group affiliate, 7 Across, book your dream holiday at a fraction of the public price. Some destinations have the option to use your Entitlements too, with Points Plus Pay.
Flash Sales and Rental: Save your Entitlements and book discounted rates at unmissable properties around the globe.
