How do I book a vacation with Karma Group?

It’s never been easier, simply head to the Karma Group website or app and browse through our incredible properties and experiences. Once you’ve chosen your next dream destination, click ‘Book Now’ and see what dates and room types are available. If you can’t see what you’re looking for online or you’re having any difficulty, our Karma Concierge teams are just a phone call or email away to walk you through it and book it for you.

Can my family use my membership?

Your Membership entitlements may be gifted for use within Karma Group properties at no cost – 
We would love to host your family members so that they too can enjoy all that our Karma Group properties have to offer!

Do Karma Group Members have access to additional travel services, like tours and  activities?

Absolutely! Prior to travelling, there is plenty you can add to your getaway such as meal plans, airport transport, and activities. Then once you’ve arrived at the property, our friendly reception and resort teams will be able to assist with anything you may need during your stay, from sight-see recommendations to local advice.

How can I stay updated on special offers, promotions, and events?

We don’t mean to brag, but we’re pretty great at sending our weekly emails with all the latest, incredible offers and events. Whether it’s in our Monday newsletter ‘Karma Community’, which is jam-packed with news, or engaging Facebook and Instagram posts, as soon as we have an update or new deal we’ll let you know via as many channels as possible. 

If you haven’t been receiving any of our emails, please kindly let us know and our tech team will be able to check we have the right contact information for you – Alternatively, you can check your junk mail, in case our correspondence was accidentally marked as spam.

Are there any affiliated partner programs or collaborations that Karma Group Members can benefit from?

Where to start? We have a plethora of external booking options available. From External Exchange and Flash Sales to Affiliate Rentals and Bonus Weeks, we have extra offerings to suit every adventurer. Not to mention, Karma Nomad – our Australasian motor home opportunity soon to extend into Europe and the States.

How do I renew my Karma Group Membership, and when should I do it?

Don’t worry, before your Membership is about to expire our team will be in touch to discuss all the exciting renewal information and any additional benefits that come with it. If you’re not sure when it’s about to end, our Karma Concierge will be able to help you.

What happens if I lose my Karma Group card or access credentials?

Most, if not all, of our email correspondence with you will state your Membership Number. If you still can’t find it on emails, simply call or email your Karma Concierge and they’ll be able to let you know. Once you’re checked in at one of our properties, the resort team will have all your information and entitlements on their system.

How can I stay connected with the Karma Group community and fellow Members?

We have a whole world of online and social media channels where you can chat with your fellow Members, including dedicated resort pages and general Karma Concierge groups. Plus, our Karma Community website has comment sections available on each article so you can add your thoughts.
