Wellness Wonders & World Class Tennis

The Karma Curated wellness and fitness calendar is looking quietly exceptional this season, with five experiences spanning Bali, London and the English south coast that between them cover just about every note on the spectrum from serene to exhilarating.

In London on 24 May, Sweat, Soak, Sip brings members to Banya No.1 in Hoxton for a traditional Russian Parenie thermal ritual, working through fragrant birch and eucalyptus steam, a sound bath and an ice plunge before lunch at a nearby gastropub. Detox and retox, perfectly balanced.

A month later on 24 June, the sold-out Eastbourne tennis experience returns for another edition. The Sky Lounge at the Rothesay Internationals offers courtside seats, a Nyetimber reception, three-course lunch, afternoon tea and free-flowing Pimm’s as the world’s best players go to work on Centre Court below.

In Bali, three experiences offer something for every disposition. Mystic Bali at Karma Royal Sanur in February weaves mask painting in Ubud, a Melukat purification ceremony and sound healing into a deeply immersive cultural retreat. In August, the Eat Pray Love journey at Karma Kandara moves through Italian cooking classes, Indian yoga and sound healing, and a Kecak dance dinner at Karma Beach.

Come October, the Botanical and Winery Journey at Karma Royal Sanur takes a gentler path through Bedugul’s highland gardens, strawberry farms and a leisurely tasting at Hatten Winery, ending each evening with poolside dinners and live acoustic music.
