Chef Avijit’s Spiced Prawns In Tomato Garlic Sauce



In a frying pan, heat the oil. Add the sliced onion and cook on low flame for 6 to 8 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and paprika and stir for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and tomato juice, balsamic vinegar and sugar and let it simmer over low flame, stirring frequently. 

Add the prawns and let it cook for 5 minutes and adjust the seasoning as per taste. Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot with garlic bread on the side.
