Who doesn’t love a little chilli on their prawns. This standout dish is a Karma Beach favourite. Serve these at sunset with a glass of chilled wine and savor the simple things in life!
Jumbo prawns, garlic, chilies, grilled baguette, parsley, lemon

Technique
- Place a medium size sauté pan on stove over medium high heat.
- Add the olive oil, warm gently.
- Season the prawns with salt, white pepper and chili flakes. Add to sauté pan, cook gently.
- Add the smoked paprika, sauté slightly.
- Add the white wine, reduce quickly.
- Meanwhile grill the baguette to toast and set aside.
- Lower temperature to low-medium, stir in the butter.
- Add chopped parsley, the juice from one lemon wedge and adjust seasoning with salt, white pepper and more smoked paprika to taste.
- Place the prawns and all of the sauce in a cazuela dish.
- Add the grilled baguette and garnish with lemon wedge, parsley sprigs and slices of radish.
