IT’S COCKTAIL HOUR! : A Rock n’ Roll Cocktail plus essentials for your home cocktail bar

How to create your at home cocktail bar plus Karma Sanctum Soho’s mixologist shares ‘The Blackwell White Jamaican’ –  a variety of the classic White Russian. This cocktail is named after Chris Blackwell who was the founder of island Music and discovered Bob Marley (he now owns the Goldeneye Hotel in Jamaica). Normally, we would love to meet you at the bar at our Karma Sanctum Soho or Karma Sanctum on the Green. In the meantime, we’re sharing this cocktail recipe for you to create at home.

The Blackwell White Jamaican

  • 1 part Blackwell dark rum
  • 2 parts Kahlua
  • 3 parts single cream (we use the slaughter-free Ahimissa milk but any cream is fine).
  • Shaken with ice, strained into glass & dusted with cinnamon.
  • I prefer a highball glass but martini glass or coupette is more classic.
