Festive Spirits: 12 Days of Karma Cocktails

This festive season, Karma’s mixologists have crafted an extraordinary lineup of twelve signature cocktails, each available for one special day between 23 December and 03 January at Karma Beach venues. This carefully curated collection blends global spirits with local Indonesian ingredients and innovative flavour combinations.

Highlights include the “Holy Spring,” featuring snake fruit-infused arak and cempaka flowers, offering a true taste of Bali, and the “Gateway to Bombay,” which combines tequila with tamarind-passion fruit chutney and curry leaf for an Indian-inspired twist. The “Tropical Inferno” brings festive warmth with Fireball whisky, spiced rum, and tropical fruits, while “Fragaria Dreams” offers a sophisticated blend of vodka, strawberry oat cold brew, and Nusantara java cream.

Other standouts include the “Knockout,” mixing mezcal with cucumber and apple shiso cordial, and “Maria Posada,” which pairs tequila and mezcal with hibiscus and homemade ginger beer. Each cocktail showcases the creative spirit and attention to detail that defines Karma’s beverage programme.
