Amarnath and Walnut Salad

Method
- in a mixing bowl add all the dressing ingredients and whisk well and let it cool in fridge
- in a salad bowl add roasted bell peppers, young amarnath leaves, lollo rosso, tamrind chutney and toasted walnuts.
- toss it well with the prepared dressing to coat it evenly.
- garnish it with roasted melon seeds and serve

Ingredients
Glass: Gin Goblet
Method
Add the Gin, Triple Sec, Red Amaranth Shrub and Lime Juice.
Add Ice Cubes and give it a light stir.
Top up with Cantaloupe Soda
Spiced Earl Grey Tea

Glass: Mule Mug
Method
Pour Lime Juice, Elder Flower Syrup and Orange Juice in the mug. Add freshly brewed Earl Grey Tea. Add a pinch of Fresh Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Smoked Star Anise.
