In Vietnam, The Taste of Imperial Hue explores the refined flavours of the country’s former royal capital. Hosted at Karma Song Hoai, the evening draws on a heritage defined by balance, subtlety and craftsmanship – a menu where each dish reflects a deep respect for tradition and technique.
In Goa, The Modern Indian Table offers a contemporary take on familiar flavours. Hosted at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal, the experience reimagines classic recipes through refined technique and elegant presentation – bringing a fresh perspective to Indian cuisine while staying rooted in its origins.
