Karma Blended Scotch Whisky
Has a captivating bouquet of honeyed heather and warm spices, with subtle hints of oak and vanilla, evoking the tranquillity of a Scottish forest. On the palate, rich, smoky flavours unfold, perfectly balanced with layers of sweet caramel, orchard fruits, and delicate floral notes, with a gentle whisper of peat smoke adding depth and complexity. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering spice and sweetness.
Deanston 15 Year Old Tequila Cask
This experimental, limited-edition release celebrates the marriage of highland character and agave tequila casks. Finished in hand-selected casks from the Jaliscan Highlands in Mexico, it offers a fruity, floral dram with sweet, warming notes. The vibrant tropical fruit, vanilla cream, and caramelised nut aromas give way to an array of toasted nuts, marzipan, cooked apple, and caramel on the palate, with a finish of drying baking spice and candied orange.
Rosebank 31 Year Old
Distilled in 1991 and matured for over 30 years, this rare release from the now-defunct Rosebank Distillery is a true gem. Aromas of lime zest, lemongrass, and spices mingle with vanilla and sugared almonds, while the palate unveils notes of mint, chamomile, leather, banana bread, and berries. The finish sweetens with hints of peach, oak, and lingering herbal notes.
Tamdhu 18 Year Old
Matured exclusively in the finest Oloroso Seasoned Sherry Casks from Spain, this deep copper-hued whisky is a delight for sherry lovers. The nose leads with spiced orange, zesty lemon peels, and sweet baking spices, followed by a palate of rich fruit cake, cinnamon, earthen vanilla pod, and crisp red apple. The finish lingers with sweet, nutty oak, roasted malt, and notes of boozy sultanas and cracked peppercorns.
