Award-winning Chef Joseph Antonishek and his talented culinary team will curate an authentic Tuscan experience through exquisite dishes and fine Italian wines. Guests can sip acclaimed Super Tuscan vintages from the well stocked Karma Kandara wine cellar as the sun sets over Karma Beach’s stunning crescent of white sand lapped by the Indian Ocean.
As night settles and the stars come out, guests will be regaled with delectable pass-around appetisers that evoke the rustic charm of the Italian countryside. Indulge in gourmet wood-fired pizza, authentic hand-made pasta, bruschetta featuring the freshest local ingredients, and more. The pièce de résistance?
