The global Karma Burger Challenge is hotting up. We’ve already witnessed the Europe and Southeast Asia legs as we build towards the grand final in Bali in October. Soon it will be the turn of our cadre of hugely talented Indian chefs to put their own spin on the classic American bun & patty combo – who will emerge victorious? Stay tuned to find out as chefs from Goa to Kerala to Rajasthan to Sikkim go head to head, no doubt infusing their burger offerings with flourishes from the culinary traditions of the subcontinent. Below is the list of chefs who’ve thrown their names in the hat — but only one will have the honour of representing India in the grand final!

The Challenge is set to take place at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal in Goa on the 23rd of September – we hope to see some of you there for a grill & burger brawl extravaganza!
