This November, Karma Curated launches a mouthwatering new culinary series in India. The Chef’s Table Series showcases some of the subcontinent’s most inventive fine dining across three iconic metropolises: Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
The series opens on 14 November in the nation’s capital, at seminal eatery Indian Accent, where nostalgic Indian dishes are reworked through a global lens, earning a place on Asia’s 50 Best for ten consecutive years. Members gather round a communal table for a six-course tasting menu, paired with cocktails mixed to match.

Chapter two lands in Hyderabad on 21 November at Hosa, bringing together the flavours of five southern states in a modern take on regional South Indian cooking. Expect bold coastal spice, distinctive regional flavours and details inspired by home kitchens, served around a communal long table with a six-course tasting menu paired with premium wines.

The series closes on 22 November at Indian Accent, Mumbai, inside the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, with an intimate Sunday brunch celebrating the artistry of contemporary Indian cuisine. Guests can gather around a communal long table for a **six-course tasting brunch**, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus paired with handcrafted cocktails – a fitting finale to a series celebrating remarkable food, great company and contemporary Indian dining.
