Having already landed a Midlands Hotel Restaurant of the Year 2022 award from Food Awards England, Tempest Restaurant at Karma Salford Hall – our historic Tudor residence on the edge of the Cotswolds – has now secured another culinary accolade, this time from luxury lifestyle publication LuxLife.
Tempest was named Best Luxury Hotel Restaurant in Warwickshire 2023 in the magazine’s annual Restaurant & Bar Awards contest. It’s further testament to the skill and dedication of Head Chef James Woodhams and his team, who have created a dynamic and evolving menu including such temptations as Paprika Roasted Chicken with peperonata (sweet bell peppers), greens & fondant potato; Heritage Tomato & Oregano Tagliatelle; and succulent Lamb Cutlet with carrots & jus. Among the restaurant’s well stocked cellar of old and new world wines you’ll discover Karma’s own collection of specially curated wines.
