This edition’s lucky seven kicks off on 03 October at The Craftery by Subko in Bengaluru, where our popular coffee connoisseur series The Roast Society returns for a second round of pour-overs, cacao tastings and the slow chemistry of pod to bar. Then, on 25 October, acclaimed restaurateur and author Asma Khan unveils her treasured Calcutta-style Biryani Supper Club at Darjeeling Express in London’s West End, the pot opened dawaat style, the whole table served at once: a ritual she inherited from her sister’s wedding night.
We’re marking the winter festive season in London on 12 December with a fabulous journey on the fabled Belmond British Pullman out of Victoria Station, its vintage carriages dressed for Christmas and a five-course lunch rolling past the English countryside bookended with champagne and petit fours.
Leaping ahead to Spring 2027, the thunder of hooves fills the air: From 15 to 17 March, Karma Salford Hall hosts our annual Cheltenham Racecourse weekend built around the Racing Lounge, tipping contests and a Morning Preview with the experts, before the action shifts on 23 April to archery, axe throwing and clay shooting near the historic village of Broadway.
On 27 April we’re headed to Eastern Crete for a cultural and culinary deep dive, as Karma Minoan is the jumping-off point for wanders through Agios Nikolaos’s waterfront streets, a wine and olive oil tasting, and the highlight – a Jeep ascent onto the Lassithi Plateau to the mythological dripstone Cave of Zeus, before a candlelit farewell dinner with friends old and new.
By 03 May, we’re in search of even more spectacular heights: four days based at Karma Tashi in Himachal Pradesh, punctuated with paragliding above Bir-Billing’s Joginder Nagar Valley, a visit to the beautiful Chokling Buddhist monastery, and a bonfire dinner beneath mountain stars.
