We’re delighted to be working with acclaimed chef Cecily (Cissy) Dalladay who was a quarter-finalist on last year’s BBC Masterchef UK – The Professionals, and whose passion for food is expressed not only in her world-class culinary creations, but also in the community kitchen she recently set up. Cissy has been working as a chef at the highest level for a decade in restaurants and private residences in Japan, France, Switzerland and the UK and has curated many Karma Pop Ups in the past. Her passion for food is matched by her passion for travel, making her the ideal host for these three special edition Karma Curated Experiences- move fast on these ones, they’ll fill up fast!

Carcassonne Gastronomic Sojourn (11-13th October 2024)

Discover the culinary richesse of France’s Languedoc region as we invite you on a gourmand’s tour hosted by Celebrity Masterchef star Cissy Dalladay over a glorious long weekend at Karma Chateau de Samary. Discover legendary gourmet market Les Halles in historic Narbonne and sample cheese, charcuterie and more before visiting the Gruissan Salt Pans and their irresistible oyster and shrimp offerings before wrapping things up with the fine bouquets of the La Clape appellation on a vineyard tour and wine tasting.

Scotland’s Culinary Wonders (6-8th September 2024)

Celebrity chef Cissy Dalladay joins our very own Joe Peden for a gourmet weekend at Karma Lake of Menteith, as the duo discover Scotland’s finest farm-to-table and foraged ingredients. You’ll tour the Trossachs National Park with an expert mushroom forager, taking in the beautiful Scottish heartlands,  feast on seasonal Scottish produce and seafood, visit the legendary Glengoyne single malt distillery and dine at Andy Murray-owned restaurant Cromlix House.

Andalusia Culinary Adventure (5-8th October 2024)

Dive into the rich culinary heritage of Andalusia with expert chef Cissy Dalladay as your guide and mentor… uncover the secrets behind traditional tapas in the historic town of Gaucin; tour a farm producing world class organic Jamon Iberico, learning about the curing process; dine on the finest traditional dishes paired with local sherries and join a cooking masterclass where you’ll learn about the Moorish origins of many local dishes like Salmorejo… a true culinary immersion into one of the most beloved culinary traditions in the world!
