Bali
Nearly 800 colleagues, executives and VIP guests gathered at Puri Bhagawan overlooking Jimbaran Bay on 07 October, honouring more than 1,150 team members across Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. Twenty-two regional awards went to standout performers from resorts, sales, marketing and corporate teams, alongside Long Service Awards marking 10, 20 and 30 years of dedication. Against one of Bali’s great backdrops, the evening earned every bit of its occasion: colleagues reflecting on a strong year, toasting each other’s achievements and reaffirming the sense of family that genuinely runs through Karma Group. Warm, proud and thoroughly well deserved.
Bangalore
Guests attended the Conrad, Bengaluru dressed to the nines for a glittering Masquerade Ball on 10 October, Chairman John Spence kicking off proceedings before awards swept across Creative, IT, Housekeeping, Karma Concierge, Member Marketing and beyond. Masked faces traded applause for dance performances and live music, the night closing with a group selfie, dinner and dancing deep into the evening.
Goa
Dhol players and a thundering baraat opened a mock Indian wedding at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia on 12 October, Bollywood-style sangeet carrying the celebration forward. John Spence presented awards and service milestones, plus special recognition for the ACE Football Academy, before Goan DJ Ryan Nogar sent the party well into the early hours.
