We’re big on the three C’s here at Karma Group – Culture, Community and of course… Cuisine! That’s why we’re delighted to announce the launch of a unique new monthly dining experience for the Karma Community that celebrates global cuisine, cross-cultural culinary creativity, and the stories behind remarkable cookbooks.
Beginning in January 2025, the Karma Supper Club will invite Members to explore diverse culinary traditions through carefully curated supper club events. Each month, Members will have the opportunity to experience a specially designed menu inspired by a standout cookbook, prepared by a featured Karma Group Chef at a selected Karma Group destination. The format is designed to offer both anticipation and discovery – Members can book their experience in advance, with the specific cookbook and theme revealed the first week of each month.
The inaugural series promises an intriguing lineup:
- January 31, 2025: James Woodhams at Karma Salford Hall.
- February 28, 2025: Vic Faulkner’s secret location experience in Bali.
- March 28, 2025: Tok Bunthoen at Karma Bayon.
Each event offers a tasting menu and while of course not obligatory, we encourage Members to make a full experience of the evening by staying at the resort if they wish. Accommodation is available at select locations, transforming the supper club into a comprehensive culinary escape.
Bookings are now open: join us on a gastronomic journey that elevates the simple meal into an indulgent culinary odyssey!
Love this idea – sadly we miss Karma Bayon event by a few days
Glad you loved it! Don’t worry—more Karma adventures await.
Please can we reserve a table for four at the 31.1.25 event? One person is a vegetarian and one a pescatarian in the group of four.
Thank you for your request! Please fill out the Expression of interest form linked in the post to secure your reservation. We’ll take care of the rest!
