The coming weeks in the Karmaverse are shaping up around a single, timeless pleasure: the table. From candlelit feasts in the English countryside to sundowners above a golden Pune skyline, the invitation is to slow down, settle in, and indulge with good people.
Leading the charge is Chef Maurizio Valentini, who travels from Italy this autumn to bring his nine-course tasting experience to three UK properties. Beginning at Karma Salford Hall, he moves on to Karma St. Martin’s on the Isles of Scilly, before finishing at Karma Lake of Menteith in Scotland’s stunning Trossach’s countryside. Each stop draws on the warmth and regional craft of Italian cooking, set against some of Britain’s most atmospheric backdrops – historic manor, coastal edge, still Highland water. Expect candlelit tables, serious food, and the kind of evening that lingers in the memory.
Meanwhile, 7,000km away in the Maharashtrian capital of Pune, the tables are turned, with relaxation on the menu alongside delectable local and international cuisine at Elephant & Co for our latest Sunset Supper Club. Expect an evening of shared plates, flowing drinks, and easy conversation as the city tips into golden hour. Laid-back by design, it’s the sort of gathering where good company arrives naturally, along with the good Karma.
