Karma Supper Club: The Schliersee Slow Table
Karma Bavaria’s inaugural supper club saw Chef Dario build a superb Slow Food menu around local produce and Bavarian tradition, with provenance and honest flavours given equal billing. Members lingered over each course seasoned with genial conversation and with absolutely no reason to rush.
Across Rice Fields & Rituals Of Bali
Members were transported to a timeless version of Bali: winding through the countryside, cooking authentic Balinese recipes, learning the delicate arts of ceremonial offerings and coconut-leaf weaving. A far more personal way into the island and the people who call it home.

Vine & Unwind At Qla
At QLA in Delhi, good wine did what good wine does — got people talking. Familiar faces and new friends gathered over exceptional pours and a beautifully curated grazing table, travel stories flowing almost as freely as the wine itself. A fitting finale to the series.

Power Of X: Puccini & Bocelli
Tuscany hosted a Power of X weekend of grand proportions: Turandot under a summer sky at the Puccini Festival, then Bocelli himself in his hometown of Lajatico. At Borgo di Colleoli, Chef Maurizio’s cooking and expert wine tastings closed out Italy’s operatic soul in style.
It was a very enjoyable 3 days – especially loved the dinner at Karma Borgo di Colleoli on Friday night, then off to the Opera – the venue was excellent, and the opera started slow, but I loved it! Villa Cosmiana was excellent! The history/explanation, wine and food were all more than expected! Amazing restoration of the villa. The Bocelli concert was spectacular and totally enjoyable! The journey home was slow but again not something that Karma has any control over! Totally recommend this curated event if members get the opportunity to attend!

A Journey Through Earth & Water
Members traced East Bali from land to sea: the centuries-old craft of arak-making in Sidemen, salt harvesters at work in Kusamba, then traditional jukung boats and the clear waters of Blue Lagoon. A journey shaped as much by people as landscape.
The event was amazing; we had such a great time. Well planned and catered for, the staff were amazing, the places we visited were awesome; the only thing was we didn’t want it to end. A huge Thank you to Sullingih and all his staff; such a great event

Vine & Unwind At Lupa
Bangalore’s Lupa set the scene for another sold-out evening. A sommelier-led tasting, artisanal grazing boards and a thoughtfully built menu supplied the flavour, while a full house did the rest — easy conversation, new connections and very good reasons to linger.
I am very happy to have been part of this event; it was very well organised, and the wine and the starters were just amazing. Had great networking talks with fellow members on their international experience with Karma and got good tips on travel to countries like Vietnam, Egypt, Maldives, etc. Overall, very satisfied with this event – looking forward to joining more such events in the future.

Coconuts, Coastlines & The Soul Of Koh Samui
Members explored Koh Samui through what gives it character: its people, traditions and life by the water. They traced the island’s coconut heritage, tried Thai cooking, chanced a sunset squid-fishing trip and escaped offshore to Pig Island — a different way beneath the surface.
It was a fantastic experience. Ed”s presence throughout the event days, ensuring we got the best service, was commendable. It was a great pleasure to meet with like-minded couples and get to know them and share our stories. Thank you, Karma!

Power Of X: The Royal British Break
Power of X went full British summer, based at Oakley Court, a turreted Victorian pile on the Thames near Windsor. Members watched the Royal Household Cricket at Windsor Castle, caught the Proms’ First Night at the Royal Albert Hall, then closed with Indian Polo Day’s divot stomping and Bollywood flourish.
The Karma Safari
Members took to the open road in vintage Volkswagen safari cars, tracing some of Bali’s most celebrated landscapes: temples, mountain coffee, the UNESCO-listed Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and roadside flavour, before Tanah Lot delivered the kind of sunset that earns the final word.
A very good experience which had the hallmarks of excellent planning. Loved the Jeeps and the scenery
