If there’s one thing that 2020 has given us all, it’s the motivation to better take care of ourselves, our community and planet Earth. On this note, recently the staff at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal Resort in Goa India participated in the Street Clean Up initiative.
It was a collaboration with the local authorities from Carmona and Cavelssim to remove more than 1.5 tonnes of waste from the area. Says General Manager George Lobo: ‘Over 40 staff participated in cleansing up 3km of what is arguably the most beautiful road in South Goa that leads to the Cavelossim beach. It was truly a satisfying experience.’ Cavelossim Beach is renowned as one of South Goa’s most beautiful holiday destinations.
