
Spring means new beginnings and such was the case as Dario’s Osteria – the new look destination restaurant at Karma Bavaria welcomed its very first guests, regaling them with delicious tasting dishes from the Lombardi-inspired menu.


From five o’clock, prosecco and canapés set the mood, a DJ threading music through the evening as in-house Members and local guests filled the space. No red carpet, no VIPs, just the people who matter most to Karma: its Members and friends. At half past six, the ribbon was cut by Karin Brahim, a Fractional Owner and Karma Group Member since 2014, which felt exactly right. By seven, Dario’s Osteria was officially, properly open.


It was just the kind of evening a new restaurant dreams of and typical of the camaraderie we’re used to at Karma Bavaria – full tables, warm conversation, the kitchen finding its rhythm from the very first service.


Dario’s Osteria is now open daily, serving the rustic northern Italian cooking that made last week’s crowd reluctant to leave. If you’re planning a stay at Karma Bavaria this season, or simply looking to treat yourself to authentic Italian while in the region – a table here is non-negotiable.
