Following a successful debut back in April, our Caliwine-ication happening is back with a high summer edition featuring some of the best wines that California can muster paired with specially prepared dishes conjured by award-winning Karma Kandara Executive Chef Joseph Antonishek.
Stags’ Leap is one of the premier vineyards and wineries in Napa Valley, California. On Saturday, August 06 di Mare restaurant will showcase some of their most sought-after wines across a perfectly paired five-course feast featuring dishes designed to perfectly complement each unique wine.
The evening begins at 6pm, with Joseph and Stags’ Leap Wines hosting a gathering at Temple Lounge accompanied by our own Karma Reserve sparkling wine, as the sun sets over the Indian Ocean. We’ll then move to di Mare for dinner, where each course will be accompanied by a brief description of each pairing.
