Award-winning fine dining eatery di Mare at Karma Kandara plays host to one of California’s most talked about wineries. Michael David Winery has been producing incredible vintages in Lodi, Central California for 150 years. It’s a family run affair with a fun approach to marketing evident in their circus-themed labelling.
Don’t be fooled though – these wines pack some serious punch when it comes to flavour. And you can find out for yourself on Wednesday 13 April, when head chef Joseph Antonishek will be preparing a sumptuous five course feast preceded by canapes – with every dish inspired by the Golden State – and accompanied by a bottle carefully curated by the Michael David team. Think Chardonnay with Hokkaido Scallops and Aussie lamb shanks with a full bodied Syrah to name just two… We’ll kick off with canapés and gourmet pizza served with our very own Karma sparkling wine.
