In London, we’re celebrating two generations of rock legends in Hyde Park, as eighties icons Duran Duran team up with noughties sensations Scissor Sisters for a no doubt turbo charged set of summer bangers (05 July). A couple of days before that (03 July) just down the road in West Kensington, we’ll be recreating the cabaret atmosphere of Le Chat Noir – the notorious Montmartre nightclub with its fin de siècle bohemian pleasures recreated by acclaimed theatre company The Lost Estate.
In Australia, we celebrate the first stirrings of Spring as Darwin (17 September) celebrates its debut Member Mixer, with a laid back gathering at Dock One Bar, where the Top End’s warmth and camaraderie is the perfect precursor to the warmer months. A week or so later, our Member Mixer takes us to Perth’s CBD and the beloved Globe Pub for a second round of easy conversation and flowing drinks (26 September).
