Bistros, Curtain Calls and Monsoon Gardens

Across the Karmaverse, the weeks ahead bring candlelit dining, West End theatre and slow, sociable Sunday afternoons shaped by the rhythm of the Indian monsoon…

This July, Bastille Day comes to London with a Parisian flourish. Members begin the evening at beloved French bistro Blanchette in Soho, where a three-course dinner, flowing wine and that classic bistro atmosphere sets the Francophile tone. From there, it’s on to Moulin Rouge! The Musical in the West End. Inspired by Baz Luhrmann’s iconic film, the show delivers lavish costumes, dramatic performances and the full decadence of bohemian Paris — all played out on one of London’s great stages. Fine dining and world-class theatre, together in one beautifully considered evening.

The following month, we’re embracing the monsoon rains in India, as The Living Glass Series takes shape across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Pune. Members are invited to gather in lush garden settings for long Sunday lunches, flowing drinks, guided terrarium workshops and unhurried conversation –  afternoons designed to move at the season’s own pace. Part creative workshop, part laid-back luncheon, each gathering offers a different take on mindful socialising, city by city, Sunday by Sunday.
