Chef Maurizio Valentini brought his nine-course Italian tasting menu to the Isles of Scilly, where we matched each course with optional wine pairings and watched the light change over the water at Karma St Martin’s.
The Hue Heritage Experience
02 to 04 October
From Hoi An, a scenic train carried us to Hue, where we toured the Imperial Citadel, a royal tomb and Thien Mu Pagoda, tried conical hat-making, and closed with an Imperial Dinner and Ca Trù song on the Perfume River.

We closed the tour at Karma Lake of Menteith, where Chef Maurizio Valentini paired his nine-course Italian menu with fine wines beside Scotland’s only natural lake as the evening settled into dusk.
The Roast Society: Bangalore Vol. 2

We paired coffee, chocolate and easy conversation for volume two of Bangalore’s Roast Society, with Gita Udupi back to share more insights and a mix of returning and brand-new Members bringing their own energy.
A Taste of Southern Spain

At Karma La Herriza, we traded beach club afternoons on the Costa del Sol for tastings of Andalusian olive oil, cheese, jamón and wine, then closed each day with tapas, live Spanish guitar and warm evenings in the hills.
NRL Grand Final Private Box Experience
04 October
Nine Members, some flying in from Melbourne and New Zealand, filled our private box at Accor Stadium for the NRL Grand Final, Australia’s top rugby league decider, cheering a six-and-a-half-hour thriller the Sydney Roosters won by one point over Newcastle.
Bali Botanical & Winery Journey
05 to 08 October
We wandered Bali’s botanical gardens and countryside farms, picked strawberries fresh from the vine and tasted the wines of Hatten Winery, before returning each evening to Karma Royal Sanur for poolside dinners and acoustic melodies.
Trails & Ziplines in Koh Samui
10 to 12 October
We zip-lined through Koh Samui’s treetops and bounced along off-road trails by ATV, then slowed the pace with sunset dining at Karma Two Palms Beach, a traditional fire show and an evening browsing the Fisherman’s night market.
Coldplay & Imagine Dragons by Candlelight
10 October
Fourteen Members shared a pre-show feast at The Stables before walking to Perth Town Hall, its hundreds of LED candles setting the scene for a Candlelight tribute concert celebrating Coldplay and Imagine Dragons.
Perth Member Mixer: Spring Soirée
11 October
Thirty Members gathered on the rooftop at Lils in Perth CBD for two hours of flowing drinks and canapés, swapping stories of favourite Karma destinations under a stunning Sunday afternoon sky.
Oktoberfest Weekender: Round Two
29 September to 02 October
After a sold-out debut, we returned to Karma Bavaria for round two: a feast at Dario’s Osteria, Munich’s Hacker-Pschorr tent in full roar, a local distillery tour and a Slyrs whisky-pairing dinner to close the mountain escape.
From sport and suppers to fishing boats, vineyards and temple dawns, September covered a lot of ground – and gave us plenty to talk about along the way.
