It’s almost time for us to say goodbye to 2020! What a year it has been. One item that most of us haven’t been able to check off our lists this year is that holiday we had planned. But let’s look forward with hope. Allow us to give you a few tips to make the most of your Karma Membership in 2021!
1. Choose your destination
We’ve put together extensive Destination Guides for each area in which we have resorts. We’re sure you will find your inspiration to plan your next trip here. When you’ve decided where you want to go, check out our Resort Profiles. From places of interest to things to do, it has all the information you need to plan that fun-filled trip you are looking forward to.
2. Check passport and visa requirements
You’ve decided where to go. You now need to figure out what you need to get there. At the bottom of every resort profile is information on visa and passport requirements. Please ensure to get these sorted so that your journey and arrival are hassle free.
3. Take advantage of our best offers
We want you to get the most out of your membership and are always thinking of new ways to make that happen. This year, we’ve added plenty of innovative ways to holiday close to home. So important at a time when you can’t or don’t want to travel abroad. From Karma Nomad in Australia and New Zealand to great domestic staycation offers in Bangalore, you’re sure to find the perfect option for you and your family.
Visit our Member Offers section of the website to view the full range of deals. We also have fantastic limited time offers posted on Facebook. If you are not following Karma Concierge and your favourite Resort Facebook pages, go do that now!
4. Use your Membership entitlements
We’re making every effort to make your current membership entitlements available online. Till that happens, please continue to speak to our Karma Concierge Navigators. They are always happy to talk to you to provide details about your current allocation and help you figure out the entitlements you have available for your next dream vacation. The good news is that we have extended all entitlements due to expire in 2020. These are now valid till December 31, 2021. Better yet? We’ve done this free of charge! You are now all set to make your dream vacation a reality! Just send us an email or call your servicing office at one of the numbers below and a Navigator will guide you.
5. If you must look beyond Karma Group properties, look here
One of the benefits of being a Karma Member is access to hundreds of external properties through our Concierge External Exchange programme. This programme is powered by RCI and offers affiliate resorts across the globe; giving you the opportunity to holiday in many different exciting locations. If you aren’t able to travel abroad, you could check for options closer to home.
6. Book online
Have you checked out our brand new booking engine yet? Booking online is now a breeze! The ‘Live Availability’ feature allows you to check all available rooms in real time. After you have chosen your preferred resort and dates, our system gives you the full range of booking options available. From paid options like ‘Hot Deals’ to booking options with your membership entitlements, you will definitely find the best option for your next holiday here!
7. Contact your Navigator for more information
It’s unlikely that you won’t find ideas for activities to keep you occupied during your holiday from our Destination Guides and Resort Profiles. However, if you need more information or reassurance, call our Karma Concierge Navigators. They have up-to-date information and excellent ideas to help you plan your perfect holiday.
8. Check Resort weekly schedules to plan your activities
All our Karma Group resorts have a weekly event schedule; from BBQ nights to yoga and cycling tours, you are sure to find something of interest happening each week. When booking your trip, don’t forget to ask your Karma Concierge Navigator for what’s going on across the Karma Group!
9. Pre-book extra services
Head over to our website to check our Internal Services tab. You will find an extensive guide of many add-ons at each of our resorts, which can be pre-booked. From airport transfers to breakfast and spa packages, this is the ideal way to ensure that everything is planned before you arrive, allowing you to sit back and enjoy that well-deserved break!
10. Let us know when you’re arriving
Once you have planned and booked your dream holiday, don’t forget to send your flight details to our arrival team. They will ensure that everything is perfect for when you arrive at our resort.
