A Message from Our India Managing Director, Esperança Patrício

“Every woman across every division of the Indian operation is a capable and extraordinary individual who contributes constantly to the company’s growth.

It is extremely gratifying to see so many women thriving in the workplace and to watch them grow, succeed and make their mark in what has traditionally been a male-driven industry.

I firmly believe in the power of work. If I had one message for the young women of today, it would be this: go out and work. Having a job, earning your own money and learning to be financially independent is your superpower.”
