A Culinary Expedition with Chef Puran Singh
Karma Group Members embarked on a sensory journey through the lively local markets of Jaipur, led by the culinary maestro, Chef Puran Singh. With the festive air of Diwali shopping surrounding them, Chef Singh carefully selected an array of spices and local ingredients essential to his culinary artistry at the Karma Kasuri restaurant.
Illuminating Jaipur’s Old Walled City
Our team at Karma Haveli guided our guests through the magical old-walled city of Jaipur. The monuments stood proudly, adorned in a brilliant display of lights, while the facades of old Jaipur were festively decorated, creating a magical ambience. The night concluded with the delightful flavours of mirch-vada and a comforting cup of chai, creating memories against the backdrop of the illuminated city.
A Dawn of Flavours
Members experienced the magic of a local breakfast run with Chef Puran. The day commenced with a culinary exploration of Jaipur’s unique flavours, sampling local delicacies from street vendors. From the famed dal pakwaan to the delightfully crispy sweet jalebis and savoury poha, every bite encapsulated the essence of Jaipur’s culinary richness.
