Day 1 – Arrival in Luxor
Arrive in the storied city of Luxor, where your adventure begins. Once aboard Karma Karnak, settle into your luxurious cabin, feel the Nile breeze, and enjoy your first evening with dinner on deck as the river sparkles under the setting sun.
Day 2 – Temples of Luxor & Karnak, Sail to Edfu
After a sunrise visit to the magnificent Luxor and Karnak Temples, enjoy lunch on board before the ship glides toward Edfu, and elegant onboard cocktails and dinner await.
Day 3 – Temple of Horus & Kom Ombo, Onward to Aswan
Morning brings the Temple of Horus at Edfu, its carvings alive in early light. Then sail onward to Kom Ombo, where twin gods preside over the river. By evening, arrive in Aswan, with plans for a magical sunset on deck and Nubian rhythms to take you into the night.
Day 4 – Leisure & Optional Adventures
Spend the day at leisure or choose from unforgettable excursions, including the iconic Abu Simbel or a serene birdwatching trip. Back on board, enjoy a cocktail party under the stars as the Nile drifts by.
Day 5 – Philae, High Dam, Nubian Village
Today is devoted to Aswan – the temple island of Philae, the engineering marvel of the High Dam, and the colourful culture of the Nubian village. Between sites, take moments of leisure aboard, dip in the pool, have tea at the bar or simply watch the mesmerising Nile as you drift.
Day 6 – Sailing Downstream
Sail back downstream, pausing at Kom Ombo and Edfu to revisit temples in softer light. Observe village life as children play by the water’s edge and the scent of spice drifts upstream. This is the Nile’s pulse.
Day 7 – Valley of the Kings, East & West Banks, Luxor
Cross to the East and West Banks for the awe of the Valley of the Kings, visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to Luxor for the afternoon and a final sunset sail and a celebratory dinner.
Day 8 – Departure

The meals on board were unbelievable with an amazing spread of breakfast, lunch and dinner – as vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised with the awesome cuisine.
The staff was very courteous, and the chef and waiters were very cooperative. The cabins were fully furnished with views of the Nile, and the rooftop swimming pool gave us unbelievable sunrises and sunsets.
Overall, it was an amazing week of fun and frolic – the cruise was so good that we did not want to get off it, even after a week!
