We’ve been delighted to welcome so many of you and your families at our various Karma Group resorts, over this past year. There has been a major boost in travel and holidays and plenty of joy and reconnecting!

Many of you have started planning international travel again, staying at our resorts around the world and enjoying our hospitality. These holidays have been extra special, especially after spending a couple of years closer to home.

We’re hopeful that the excitement for travel and vacations will keep growing, and we’re eager to keep all our properties in great shape for you. It’s an aspect we’ve always been mindful of. This way, you can get the most out of your membership and start checking off those dream locations on your travel lists!

This is where your Management Charges become crucial!

We’re sending out your Annual Management Charges invoice and we’re counting on your payment to keep our Karma Group resorts as amazing as you’ve come to expect.

We’ve stayed committed to our regular upkeep and maintenance schedules, no matter what. Our teams at every resort are doing a wonderful job. It’s a pleasure to hear from you over and over again how clean, fresh and inviting our resorts are.

Over the last year, we’ve worked hard to make every stay at a Karma Group property the best it can be. Beyond the regular cleaning and fixing up, the annual Management Charges have been judiciously used to enhance every aspect of your experience with us.

Here’s a snapshot of how we’ve utilised the Management Charges collected:

Room and Common Area Upgrades: Refurbishments of rooms and public spaces, including restaurants, spas, gyms, and pools, have been undertaken, enhancing aesthetics and functionalityAmenities and Equipment Upgrades: From new kitchenware, air conditioning units, to premium bathroom amenities and high-quality bed and bath linen, upgrades have been extensive.
Safety and Environmental Compliance: Investments have been made in enhancing fire safety, installing new ultra-filtration systems, and ensuring all properties meet environmental compliance.Infrastructure and Connectivity Enhancements: Implementation of new sewerage management systems, refurbishments of pathways, upgrades to Wi-Fi infrastructure ensuring seamless connectivity across the properties.
Administrative Financial Outlays: This includes any audit charges, bank fees or similar administrative charges that are incurred in the routine financial management of the properties.Trustee Management Expenses: This would encompass all fees and expenses of the Trustee, covering the entire spectrum of related costs associated with property management and oversight.
Leisure and Entertainment Enhancements: Upgrades to kids’ clubs and recreational areas, the introduction of new game consoles, refurbishment of pools, and additions like new Tiki-style poolside bars have been added for enriched guest experiences.Service and Hospitality Enhancements: Investments in staff and service quality have been made to maintain high standards of hospitality, including the introduction of valet parking services and enhanced guest transportation.

For all of you who have stayed with us at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal, Cavelossim this year, you’re aware that Phase III of the Fractional Project is wrapped up! Here’s a preview of the enhanced experiences these units offer:

The 23 Karma Residences as part of Phase III, offer a mix of one and two-bedroom units, each designed with exquisite finishes.

Guests can enjoy top-notch amenities including stone finish vitrified flooring, modular kitchens equipped with premium appliances, and luxurious bathroom fittings, catering to all, including the differently-abled. Every unit has plush beds, smart LED TVs, custommade high-quality furniture, and original artwork, all contributing to a comfortable and aesthetic living space.

As we continuously aspire to grow our footprint in India, we’re thrilled to announce the introduction of two more resorts to the Karma Group portfolio.

Karma Martam Retreat in Sikkim began welcoming guests on May 10, 2023, followed by the opening of Karma Utopia in Manali on September 28, 2023.

These resorts are in regions many of you have passionately recommended, fulfilling our commitment to bringing your dream destinations to life within our network. We look forward to you and your loved ones creating more unforgettable holiday memories with the Karma Group.

As always, we continue to remain vigilant about our expenditures, mindful that many costs, especially those relating to third parties, are beyond our control. Every payment directed towards safeguarding the Club and our Membership is vital and indispensable.
