Start with a nutritious foundation. Pack nutrient-dense snacks like nuts, dried fruits, and dark chocolate. These travel-friendly options are packed with vitamins and antioxidants to support your immune system.

Stay hydrated, but smartly. Carry a reusable water bottle and consider adding immune-boosting extras like lemon slices or a dash of turmeric. When in doubt about local water quality, opt for bottled or boiled alternatives.
