Bangalore is Karma Group’s Headquarters in India, home to scores of amazing employees who help us create the experiences and provide the services that make us one of the leading Member-based holiday and lifestyle brands in the world. Put simply, we couldn’t do it without them. So we were very happy to be able to provide a small token of our appreciation to all of them recently.
In deference to the occasional sudden downpours that are a fixture between June and September, we’ve provided upward of 90 Karma Group staff members with high quality raincoats and backpacks for their personal use. This is just one of the ways that Karma Cares supports not only the wider communities in our resort destinations around the world, but also our Karma family – the hundreds of employees that make Karma the success that it is.
It’s just a small gesture – but a welcome one for many of our Karma family in Bangalore – especially since the majority head to and from work on two-wheeled transport that leaves them vulnerable to the elements. Both macs and backpacks have gone down a treat and dare we say there’s been an uptick in motivation as a result!
This is an extremely great gesture to motivate your stars. Do also think about a website where members can also purchase KARAMA MERCHANDIZE. Members would be proud to own them.
Your words fuel our journey. We have taken a note of your feedback, and passed to the concerned team.

As a fellow Bangalorean it’s encouraging to see such initiatives being considered, and even small changes can lead to significant positive impacts!.
