The World on a Plate

Global gastronomy is evolving – not toward the new, but the authentic. From Seoul to San Sebastián, chefs are looking inward, rediscovering home kitchens, heirloom recipes and the intimate stories that season every dish. It’s a movement less about fine dining pomp and more about connection – between place, memory and flavour.

Karma’s Supper Club Series captures this spirit beautifully, curating a world of culinary journeys exclusive to Members. Each edition is a passport through taste showcasing the particular passions and signature styles of Karma chefs, bringing their personal culinary visions to life – from Mediterranean feasts under the stars to coastal spice trails in Bali. And this month, the story unfolds in Vietnam.

A Taste of Home, hosted in magical world heritage town Hoi An, invites Members to explore the soulful heart of Vietnamese cuisine. Guided by Chef Le Thanh Tuan, whose own childhood on Cu Lao Island infuses every plate, the menu draws from Cơm Nhà Xứ Quảng – “Home-Cooked Meals from the Quang Region.” Expect comforting flavours elevated with artistry, dishes that whisper of kitchens filled with laughter and the fragrance of lemongrass and fish sauce.

In an age of culinary experimentation, this supper club is a return to roots – warm, intimate and full of heart. Seats are limited – book now via the Karma Subito App and savour the feeling of home.
