If you’ve spent any time at the bar here, you’ll know Rajesh Jhambaldhini isn’t just a mixologist — he’s a storyteller. Raised in nearby Cavelossim, Rajesh once dreamed of football glory before an injury pushed him toward hospitality. Odd jobs in restaurants turned into an obsession with the alchemy of the bar: the clink of ice, the shake of the tin, the theatre of flavour.
Through years of freelancing, outdoor catering, and Goa’s frenetic events scene, Rajesh honed his craft, learning to turn ingredients into experiences. His signature creations — Sip a Slice, Across the Road, Cute Come By — are as inventive as his journey, equal parts resilience and flair.
