Karma Supper Club continues to set standards – and tables – when it comes to cosmopolitan fine dining. This July, we’ll be celebrating the 20th edition of the series, with a very special slow-food celebration at Karma Bavaria at the height of summer in the alps.
The Schliersee Slow Table is a celebration of the cuisine and food philosophy of Slow Food pioneer Carlo Petrini. Expect sustainably sourced alpine ingredients prepared with reverence for local culinary traditions, celebrating some of the most iconic dishes from the region.
Members are invited to savour dishes shaped by both seasons and surroundings, lovingly and patiently prepared by Chef Ignacio Carvajal and his talented kitchen team. Expect a leisurely feast accompanied by laid back conversation and chef insights into the culinary secrets of the region.

Bold Heat & Clifftop Panoramas In Bali
A world away in Bali, Karma Kandara hosted our most recent Supper Club, with Chef Stefan Thietz delivering a thrilling African concept menu inspired by young Canadian/Chinese master chef Jeremy Chan’s acclaimed cookbook Ikoyi: A Journey through Bold heat.
The evening began with sunset cocktails and canapés at Sarang Lounge before guests gathered at di Mare for a five-course dining journey featuring such delights as Hokkaido Scallop in a citrus chilli broth and Wagyu Beef Striploin in Suyu spiced butter.
True to the spirit of the Supper Club, the evening flowed effortlessly with guests mingling between courses, flavours building in warmth and complexity, and the Indian Ocean stretching endlessly below.

More Tables To Discover
For those inspired by the spirit of the Karma Supper Club, the journey continues across the Karmaverse with several upcoming editions still welcoming guests to the table.
Each Supper Club brings its own story, drawing inspiration from culinary history, culture and the chefs who have shaped how we experience food today. These immersive evenings transform dinner into something far richer than a simple meal.
This month, Supper Club returns to Scotland’s tranquil Lake of Menteith with The Kitchen Confidential Table, hosted by Chef Iain. Inspired by the legendary Anthony Bourdain, this six-course menu celebrates the grit, humour and craft of life in a professional kitchen – expect bold flavours and honest dishes that tell a story long after the final plate.
In April, the experience moves to the Tuscan hills of Karma Borgo di Colleoli for Codes of the Table, hosted by Chef Maurizio Valentini and inspired by Italian culinary pioneer Gualtiero Marchesi – the revolutionary father of Italian cuisine. Here, simplicity becomes an art form, with each course revealing how restraint and mastery can create something quite extraordinary.
May brings the Supper Club to Karma Minoan in Crete with Dining Through Myth & Ritual, where Chef Dario draws inspiration from ancient Greek mythology and the sacred traditions of Demeter and Persephone – translating ritual and seasonality into a contemporary Greek culinary journey not to be missed.
In June, at Karma La Herriza, Flavours of Golden Age Spain transports guests into the world of Don Quixote, celebrating the rustic dishes and lively tavern culture of 17th-century Spain, where literature and gastronomy meet around the dinner table.
Later in the year, the Supper Club returns with a playful twist at Karma Kandara with Not Your Average Pasta Night, where guests roll up their sleeves for an immersive evening with Global Executive Chef Joseph Antonisek – beginning with Venetian wines and cicchetti before unfolding into a pasta-inspired tasting menu.
And lastly in September, the mysterious Secret G.O.A.T Supper returns to Karma Kandara – an exclusive dining adventure where the location, menu and surprises are revealed only to those lucky enough to secure a seat at the table. This is your chance to be one of the chosen few.
Across every destination, Karma Supper Club continues to prove that some of the most memorable travel moments happen around a beautifully curated table.
Bon appétit.
