Where pleasure and cure unite. This concoction is made using Gin, Jamu, Kaffir Lime, lemongrass, coconut nectar, and soda. Says Chef Joseph: ‘A little interesting fact. Snoop Dog and I share the same birthday October 20^th! I’ve been busy creating several cocktails for folk to enjoy whether you are self-quarantined in the Dog Pound or in my case often in the doghouse. This one is a homage to the OG from Long Beach California. I like to serve this cocktail long in a Collinas class.’
