Karma Supper Club continues to go from strength to strength and next up, we take the high road to Scotland, where storied chef Joe Peden brings his love of the US’s southern states’ culinary traditions to the shores of Scotland’s only lake… The fire-kissed flavours of Texas and Louisiana arrive at Karma Lake of Menteith, as Joe unveils his passion project – an authentic American BBQ feast served lakeside under Scottish skies. Inspired by Elliot Moss’s transformative “Book of Smoke,” Peden’s two-year journey with Karma culminates in this soulful celebration where slow-smoked treasures and southern comforts unite.. This is cooking as pure storytelling – each bite revealing the journey that rekindled his culinary flame….

Feasting & Philosophy in Andalusia
The fourth edition of Karma Supper Club was an unforgettable philosophical feast at Karma La Herriza on Friday 25 April. Chef Julian Espin took a uniquely cerebral approach, delivering a fine dining odyssey inspired not by a cookbook or even culinary tradition but by the writings of Argentine philosopher Darío Sztajnszrajber. Each course came together as a study of the human experience, with names like ‘Harmonious,’ ‘Challenging’ and ‘Past,’ ‘Present’ and ‘Future’, serving up a rich sensory panoply of flavour combinations in perfect sequence.
